Our offerings include signature arrangements, custom “Bloom With Me” designs, sympathy and remembrance flowers, celebration blooms, healing bundles, event florals and interactive Bloom Bar experiences.

“Bloom With Me” is our personalized design experience. Instead of choosing flowers from a standard catalog, you share the feeling, story or moment you want the arrangement to express. We then create a one-of-a-kind design around that intention.

Absolutely. We welcome your preferences and will use them as inspiration. Because flowers are seasonal and naturally unique, specific varieties or shades cannot always be guaranteed. When substitutions are necessary, we preserve the overall palette, feeling and value of your arrangement.

Each Ebony in Bloom arrangement is individually designed. Website images represent our style, scale and creative direction rather than an exact recipe. Your arrangement will feel beautifully connected to the reference while remaining uniquely yours.

We recommend placing everyday and custom orders as early as possible. Weddings, installations, Bloom Bars and larger events require additional planning time. Rush requests may be accommodated depending on flower and design availability.

Same-day service may be available on a limited basis. Please contact us before ordering to confirm flower inventory, design capacity and delivery availability.

Delivery availability is based on location, scheduling and order size. Enter your delivery details during the inquiry or ordering process, and we will confirm service and any applicable delivery fee.

Pickup may be available by appointment. Your confirmation will include the pickup location, scheduled time and care instructions.

Please provide the recipient’s full name, complete address, phone number and any helpful delivery instructions. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays or require an additional delivery fee.

Depending on the location and conditions, we may leave the arrangement in a safe place, coordinate with the recipient, leave it with an authorized person or schedule another delivery attempt. Additional fees may apply for redelivery.

Yes. You may include a personal card message with your order. Select offerings may also include a signature Bloom Note featuring an affirmation, floral meaning or reflection prompt.

Keep your flowers in a cool place away from direct sunlight, heating vents and ripening fruit. Refresh the water regularly, remove fading blooms and trim stems when appropriate. Care instructions may vary depending on the design and vessel.

Some flowers and foliage can be harmful to pets if ingested. Please let us know if the arrangement will be placed in a pet-friendly home. We can help you select more appropriate options, although no floral arrangement should be considered edible or completely risk-free.

Yes. Our Tenderness and remembrance designs are created with special care to honor a life, comfort a loved one or hold space during grief. We can incorporate meaningful colors, flowers or personal details when available.

The Interactive Bloom Bar is an intention-led floral experience where guests select blooms and create something personally meaningful. It can be customized for celebrations, wellness events, retreats, corporate gatherings and community programs.

Yes. Share your preferred investment range during your inquiry, and we will recommend the best design direction within it. Larger scale, premium flowers, specialty vessels and complex installations may affect pricing.

Because flowers are perishable and often purchased specifically for your order, cancellations, refunds and changes are handled according to the order type and production stage. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
